Orders are received and fulfilled by Hamptons Wines Shoppe. Here at Hamptons Wine Shoppe, your satisfaction is everything to us. We are committed to delivering your product in excellent condition and in a timely manner. We will do everything in our power to have your orders shipped within two business days of your purchase.
All shipments outside of the Hamptons are made via FedEx Ground or Seven Day Express (for those in the Metro NYC area). Shipping charges are calculated based on their rates.
We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $60 within New York State.

Unfortunately, we can not ship wine directly to consumers in states other than New York.

The customer assumes ownership of the wine once their credit card is charged.
An adult signature (at least 21 years of age) is required upon delivery.
We CANNOT ship liquor outside of NY State.
Various states impose limitations on the quantity of alcoholic beverages that may be purchased and brought into their jurisdiction by a purchaser from another state without requiring the purchaser, a seller or shipper to possess certain licenses or permits. Hamptons Wine Shoppe does not, as a condition of sale, assume any obligation nor bear any responsibility whatsoever for applying or obtaining any permits or licenses. Therefore, we recommend that you investigate the possibility of such limitations, and determine the manner in which alcoholic beverages shall be brought into your state from New York, so as to comply with all of your state’s requirements.
Extreme Weather Warning
We DO NOT recommend shipping wines in extreme weather conditions.
As a service to our customers, upon request, we can hold wine purchased during summer and winter months and ship when moderate weather returns. Please note if you would like to use this service during checkout. Customers assume the risk of temperature damage to wines during summer and winter months.
We do accept cancellations before an order has been shipped. However, there is a 10% restocking fee to cancel. Once an order has been shipped, you cannot cancel.
If you are dissatisfied in any way with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase date via email at email@example.com. We would like the opportunity to correct the situation. Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee as well as any other costs incurred during the delivery/shipping process.
Following wine-trade traditions, all bottles ten years or older are purchased at the buyer's risk.
